The oyster station is a classic year-round favourite. Even though oysters are a popular treat in the Summer, few people know that oysters are better in the winter because the water is colder. We partner with Fanny Bay to choose a selection of 3 premium oysters that are paired with classic accompaniments of fresh horseradish, lemon, mignonette, and cocktail sauce.
Long Table Grazing Board

The grazing board is a beautiful communal centrepiece that is perfect for snacking as guests arrive. It's a great food buffer between the time that canapés and live chef stations begin. Our grazing boards are stacked with four types of Italian charcuterie, four imported and domestic cheeses, Valencia almonds, olives, preserves, fruit, and various crackers.
Yakitori Station

Our new Yakitori station has become a summer favourite. We bring an authentic Japanese yakitori grill to the client's backyard or outdoor space and grill skewers of meat and vegetables over open charcoal while stoking the coals with a large fan. The yakitori station is a wow factor for guests, and they watch the chef cook their food, dressing it with garnishes, and hand them the item on a stick! The yakitori station typically comes with three varieties of skewers per person.
BBQ Brisket Slider Station

Introducing our latest addition to the menu - The Brisket Slider Station! We smoke a 12lb brisket for 11hrs until juicy and tender. We then set up a station at your event and slice in front of guests onto mini potato buns topped with slaw, house-made bread and butter pickles, and tangy bbq sauce. Guests can customize their sliders to their liking. Add this station to your menu and wow your guests with a unique and interactive experience!

We offer a selection of locally handcrafted dim sum made with high-quality ingredients. Typically, our menu includes Xiao Long Bao, Sui Mai, Har Gow, Shrimp and Chive Dumplings, along with a vegetarian option. These delicacies are served with crispy chili sauce, green onionand ginger sauce, complemented by an array of additional dippingsauces.

Our new paté station is a wonderful interactive experience for all party sizes. Guests are led by the chef to choose from a variety of house-made patés, spread onto crisp sourdough, and topped with their choice of pickles, preserves, and fermented mustard.
