We can work with you to curate your dream party or create a hands-off turnkey experience with partner decorators and sommeliers. There is no correct answer, except let's have fun.

The Chef

This isn’t their first rodeo. Vancouver Private Dining chefs have been personally selected by Chef Evan Elman based on their talent, experience, work ethic, reliability, and personality. You will enjoy working with them.

*For sit down events, our chef will arrive 2 hours before mealtime and will clean up and depart within 1 hour after the meal finishes.
